Concrete Components LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Concrete Components warrants to the original purchaser at the original delivery address, and subject to normal residential use, and with original proof of purchase, that Concrete Components’ manufactured products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship and have a limited lifetime warranty, subject to limitations and disclaimers set forth herein.
Concrete Component’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective concrete component, at Concrete Components’ discretion. Warranty does not cover any expense to remove or replace materials and does not cover the cost of shipping replacement product. The extent of any liability of Concrete Components, Inc., under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the affected concrete component.
Concrete Components, Inc., products are handmade and therefore lengths, widths and thicknesses will vary, color, hue, tint, tone and shade may vary, concrete surfaces may contain voids, cracks, anomalies, some eps and/or fiber reinforcement may be exposed, edges may be chipped or rough and/or sharp, and none are considered manufacturing defects.
