Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with MarvelleSures. We value your business and want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to provide a reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us clearly by email at Info@MarvelleSures.com within this period. Simply sending your cancellation notice before the 14-day period ends is enough to meet the deadline.

Please note: After the 14-day cancellation period, we may still accept returns at our discretion, though additional charges may apply. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.


Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel within the 14-day period:
✅ We will refund all payments received from you (excluding return shipping costs).
✅ We may deduct any loss in value if the goods show signs of unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to assess the product’s nature, characteristics, and functionality.

The refund will be processed within 10 working days of:

  • Receiving the returned goods, or
  • Receiving proof of return shipment, or
  • (If no goods were supplied) being notified of your decision to cancel.

Refunds will be made using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for the refund.


Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • You must return the goods within 15 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging to avoid damage.
  • You are liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

For fragile or delicate items, please ensure your chosen courier is aware of the product’s nature and fully insures the shipment.

Important: Some suppliers may not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse. If in doubt, please contact us before purchasing.


To Initiate a Return:

Please email Info@MarvelleSures.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order reference number
  • Delivery address
  • Contact number and email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Date the goods were received
  • Specify which items you wish to return (if part of a larger order)

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the item(s). Please include a note specifying whether you prefer an exchange or refund.


Damaged or Faulty Items:

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately for assistance. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Sale Items:

Sale items are eligible for refunds unless otherwise specified.
