Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, we will pre-authorize your card but no payment will be taken until we confirm product availability. We will immediately contact our supplier to verify that your item is ready for shipment. Once confirmed, we will process the payment and dispatch your order.
If there is any delay—such as the item being on backorder—we will void the pre-authorization and notify you promptly.
Order Delivery
If your order is in stock and ready for dispatch, payment will be processed, and your order will ship within 2 working days.
You will receive tracking details by email within 48 hours of dispatch. If you haven’t received tracking information within 6 working days, please reach out to us at Info@MarvelleSures.com so we can assist you.
Damages
We kindly ask that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery.
If you notice any damage, do not accept the delivery.
If damages are discovered after delivery, please take clear photos of the affected items and email them to Info@MarvelleSures.com so we can file an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled after 12 hours may incur additional fees.
If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Please double-check the product description, dimensions, and color before placing your order. Some suppliers do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse.
