At MarvelleSures, we understand that shipping large items can sometimes be complicated. Our goal is to make this process as simple and transparent as possible so you can focus on enjoying your products with family and friends.
📦 Order Processing & Dispatch
- Same-Day or Next-Day Shipping: Orders typically ship same day or next business day from one of our warehouses across the USA. We aim to dispatch from the closest location to you for faster delivery.
- Custom Orders: Lead times for custom-built items vary and will be discussed and agreed upon before processing.
- Processing Cut-Off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Note: During peak grilling season (March–September) and holidays, processing time may extend to 4-5 business days.
💲 Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Available on most orders over $49 within the Continental U.S.
- Orders under $49: Flat shipping rate of $15
- Special Items: Certain oversized or heavy items (e.g., cast iron grates, warming racks, insulated jackets) may carry a fixed shipping charge due to increased handling costs.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International: Additional shipping charges apply. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
🚛 Shipping Methods
We primarily use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for standard shipments.
- Large items over 150 lbs ship via Ground Freight or International Air.
- “Best Way” shipping option: We choose the most efficient carrier to ensure on-time delivery.
- Expedited Shipping: Available but not guaranteed for all products. Call 843-459-7956 to confirm.
Important: Weekend deliveries and Saturday delivery options are not available.
📍 Freight Shipments (Items over 90 lbs)
- Curbside Delivery with Lift Gate Only
- Receiver Must Be Present to Accept Delivery
- Delivery times vary by location.
- Inspection Required: Carefully inspect all freight shipments for visible or concealed damage before signing. If damage is found, note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment.
- Once signed, ownership transfers, and damage claims cannot be made.
📝 Delivery Inspection Guidelines
- Inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
- If damage is found, call us within 48 hours at 843-459-7956.
- Keep all packaging materials for claims.
- Signing without noting damage confirms you received the shipment in perfect condition.
🌍 International Shipping (Including Canada)
- All international orders ship via FedEx International, UPS Worldwide, or USPS International.
- Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Contact your local customs office to understand potential fees before ordering.
📬 Order Tracking
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email at purchase.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information.
- If you do not receive tracking, contact us immediately.
- Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
🎯 Holiday & Weather Delays
- No shipping on U.S. holidays.
- Severe weather or natural disasters may impact shipping schedules.
