Do You Have To Assemble Mont Alpi BBQ Islands?

Mont Alpi outdoor kitchens are modular and designed for minimal assembly - most of the heavy lifting has been done for you before your product arrives.

Each module arrives fully assembled.  You'll need to unpack your boxes, then simply connect your modules to one another.

After that, you need to connect your fuel and plug the island into a standard 120V outlet.  That's it!

Are Mont Alpi Grills Propane Or Natural Gas?

All Mont Alpi Grills & BBQ Islands ship as propane grills - however, a conversion kit for natural gas is included free with every purchase.

The conversion kit is relatively easy to install.  Many customers are able to do it themselves in 30-45 minutes.  Others choose to hire a professional to install the conversion kit.

Are Mont Alpi Grills Good?

It comes standard with all of the features you love to see (rotisserie kit, rear infrared burner, LED lit knobs, interior halogen lights).  Whereas many of its peer brands make you pay extra for these features.

What's The Difference Between Mont Alpi 805 And 805 Deluxe Islands?

Mont Alpi's stainless steel 805 BBQ Island is offered in a "regular" package and a deluxe package.

The biggest difference between the two is that the Deluxe BBQ Island has cascading granite down the sides of the end module pieces.  The deluxe islands also come with a heavy-duty rotisserie kit and a cover for the island.

The "regular" island does not come with a rotisserie kit or a cover - but these are available at an extra cost.  Instead of cascading granite down the sides, the regular islands have stainless steel finishes on the side.

Can You Mix And Match Mont Alpi Islands? Or Can I Rearrange The Modules?

Yes! Mont Alpi BBQ Islands are modular by design, so you can mix and match your configuration to your liking.  With that being said, there are some limitations.

Can The Side Burner On My Mont Alpi Island Go On The Right?

Yes, BUT there is a catch.  The side burner cabinet module is designed to be the left end piece - so if you order the stainless steel Deluxe island, that would mean you have cascading granite going down the left side of the side burner cabinet.  It just looks a little off when placed on the right side of the grill!

Since the regular (non-deluxe) edition of the stainless steel 805 BBQ Island doesn't have cascading granite, it's possible to place the side burner on the right as in the photo below.  The same goes for the black stainless steel 805 Island.  Please note, you may need to purchase a longer gas hose to accommodate this setup.

 Can I Put A Beverage Center Module On The End Of My Island?

Yes, you can have your BBQ Island end with a beverage center module on the right side.  However, there are a couple of points to bear in mind with this:

First, the right end of the beverage center module does not have to cascade faux granite like the regular right-end cabinet module.  Aesthetically it doesn't make a huge difference on the black stainless steel islands - but it can look asymmetrical on the regular stainless steel islands.

Second, we cannot remove the right end piece from your shipment.  Due to the way the islands are packaged, it is not feasible to remove the right-end cabinet module before shipping.  So if you don't plan to use the right end cabinet, you will need to hold on to it or dispose of it yourself.

What Does The Mont Alpi Warming Rack Look Like?

The Mont Alpi warming rack is pictured below.  It is roughly 6 inches deep and is a great place to keep food warm or let it rest.  The rack sits just above the removable rotisserie kit.

What Do The Back Of Mont Alpi BBQ Grill Islands Look Like?

Photographed below are two photos of the backside of standard Mont Alpi 805 BBQ islands in both stainless steel and black stainless steel colors.

If you look closely you might notice how the modules connect to one another via panels that are screwed into the back edges of each module.
