Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, as soon as we receive your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. This confirms that your order has been received in our system and that your payment method has been pre-authorized.
I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, there could be a few reasons:
- The email might have landed in your junk or spam folder.
- There may have been a spelling error in the email address entered at checkout.
- Your email server’s spam filters might be blocking our messages.

What happens after I receive my order confirmation?
Once your order is confirmed, we check with our warehouse or suppliers to verify stock availability. If your item(s) are available for dispatch (typically within 5 business days), we will process your payment and prepare your order for shipment.
If, for any reason, your item(s) are unavailable for immediate dispatch, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email or phone.
Why do you need my phone number?
Some couriers require a contact number to ensure smooth delivery of your order. Your phone number remains private and confidential—we do not share it with anyone else. Additionally, it allows us to contact you quickly if there are any issues with your order.

We currently deliver within the United States only.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?

How long does delivery take once my order is dispatched?
Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days. However, please note that larger items may require additional time.
Can you deliver to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. A physical delivery address is required.
