The ADA305AFSSTBC is sized at 32" high to fit under lower counters complying with ADA guidelines for accessibility. The fully finished textured white cabinet allows freestanding use, while the front-breathing system means this unit can be built-in with minimum clearance. The user reversible stainless steel door is 3" thick for efficient insulation, with a top-mounted lock for added security and convenient access. A digital thermostat, located in the kickplate, makes for easy temperature management with a readout in Fahrenheit or Celsius. This unit comes with a hospital grade cord with a green dot plug for added safety in high traffic areas. Powerful magnetic gaskets ensure a tight seal.
The ADA305AFSSTBC includes a factory-installed towel bar style handle made from pure copper. Through its natural antimicrobial properties, copper will kill microbes, including viruses, in a shorter timeframe than most other metal surfaces allowing for a safer, cleaner user experience.
Inside, the ADA305AFSSTBC can reach temperatures as low as -25°C. Static manual defrost operation provides efficient cooling inside the 2.47 cu.ft. interior. Three removable pull-out drawers on fixed wire shelving offer convenient storage, with plastic fronts that help to protect contents from warmer ambient temperatures when the door is opened. As recommended by the CDC, this unit has a flat door liner to ensure users don't store sensitive contents on the door. The user-set high and low temperature alarms provide added security should the temperature go beyond the setpoint, while the open door alarm sounds if the door is ajar beyond one minute for added peace-of-mind. These alarms can be disabled depending on your needs. A preinstalled probe hole is included to allow users to connect their own monitoring equipment.
Sized at just under 20" wide, the ADA305AFSSTBC makes an ideal choice for various facilities in need of a dependable freezer capable of -20ºC/-25ºC operation. For a complete set, pair this unit with the matching ADA404REFSSTBC all-refrigerator.
NOTE: Accucold freezers are purpose-built to the support meeting the current CDC (Centers for Disease Control) guidelines for the storage of vaccines. As referenced in the current Vaccine Storage and Handling Toolkit, these units incorporate several key features for stable operation. For additional temperature assurance, the CDC recommends a calibrated digital data logger (DDL), which can be added with the factory-installed option DL2B or addition of the DL2BKit accessory. Select Accucold products have been tested and certified to the new NSF 456 standard, and are now available for purchase. For additional information, contact our products specialists.

How to season a gas grill for the first time
Unlock the Secrets of Grill Seasoning! 🔥🔧
Ever wondered what it means to season a grill? 🤔 No, it's not about sprinkling herbs and spices, but a crucial process known as 'curing.' Heating the metal grates, adding oil, and letting it cool helps protect your grill from rust and extends its life.
Why Season Your Grill Before the First Use?
When your brand-new grill hasn't met fire, neither have its grates. Seasoning is like training it for its inaugural feast. Uncoated grates, especially cast iron and carbon steel, are prone to rust without this protective process. Locking in oils not only prolongs their life but also enhances grill marks and imparts that smoky outdoor barbecue flavor we all love.
How to Season Your Grill for the First Time: 🌟
- Place your clean grate on the barbecue over medium heat: Clean brand-new grates or those collected dust need a quick kitchen cleanup. For used grills, a wire brush is essential.
- When hot, apply a small amount of oil: After 10 minutes of heating, apply oil evenly. Canola or peanut oil works best, but coconut or vegetable oil is fine. Turn the grill to high heat for 15 minutes to let the oil cure.
- Let the grates cool: Once the oil reaches its smoking point, turn off the barbecue, and let the grates cool. You may repeat the oiling process for a brand-new grill.
- Wipe away excess oil: After cooling, wipe any excess oil with a cloth or rag. Your grill is now seasoned and ready for action!
