ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Enlighten saunas are extremely simple to assemble using a latch locking system.
That being said you will still need to phone a friend! The sauna installation requires a minimum of 2 people, 5 person model sizes require at least 3 people to install. You should not try to install the sauna on your own as damage may easily occur. Please read the instructions thoroughly before and during assembly to ensure proper installation of the unit. If you encounter any problems or have questions during assembly, please feel free to call the Customer Support department 

Please follow the detailed assembly manual instructions carefully when assembling your sauna. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO PREPARE BEFORE INSTALLING THE SAUNA

  • When determining a location for your sauna, please keep in mind that the location must be dry and leveled.
  • You will need a solid and leveled base. The sauna cannot sit straight on the ground.
  • Check the Electrical requirements for your specific unit and make sure you have it available. Please contact an electrician if you require assistance with this.
  • For a traditional heating system: Hardwire is recommended. Plug can be sent separately if preferred. For Infrared: it is a plug.
  • Prepare a Sealant to seal the sauna during the Installation of the sauna.
  • Tools: Phillips screwdriver, flat screwdriver, sealant gun. An Electric screwdriver will speed up the process.
  • Print or have your manual available during the installation.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO INSTALL?

As our saunas are a pre-fabricated product there is no cutting or measuring necessary. Our customers report that they can be set up in about 2 to 4 hours by a team of two to three people with moderate DIY skills. Remember that you might need to consult an electrician if you do not already have an adequate power point nearby.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Preorders will ship when available. Please see the lead time for preorders above.

In stock saunas take between 9 and 16 days to prepare for shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once the sauna leaves the warehouse.

Depending on your location, the sauna will generally take 7 days to reach your property.

THE PROCESS

The freight carrier will call you to set a delivery day and time 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery. Delivery is normally within a 4 hour window.

Please contact us in advance to ensure any delivery issues (remote areas, long driveways, cul-de-sac, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) can be addressed with us prior to shipping.

The sauna will be delivered in multiple boxes. All boxes will be strapped vertically to a pallet. Our saunas are generally delivered in a 53ft semi-truck. The single driver will unload the pallet ONLY to your curbside or end of your driveway via lift-gate.

Once the driver has unloaded the pallet, we ask that you immediately inspect the box(s) for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. Refuse delivery if you should see a large hole anywhere (most likely damage made by freight carrier forklifts).

WHAT TO EXPECT

The freight company will:

  1. Make an appointment with you to deliver your sauna.
  2. Deliver your sauna to the end of your driveway or curbside.

The freight company will not:

  1. Back their truck into your driveway.
  2. Place the crate at a specific spot on your property.

You will need to:

  1. Receive or return phone calls to the trucking company in a timely manner, to arrange delivery.
  2. Securely store the crate on your property.
  3. Assemble the sauna with the help of the manual and handy assembly video.

 

WARRANTY

Enlighten Saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use as follows:

Outdoor residential use:
Standard 3 years
Optional 5, 10 year and lifetime warranty

Indoor residential use:
Standard 7 years
Optional lifetime warranty

Commercial use:
Standard 3 years
Optional 6 years

Optional extended warranties can be added as an option above

RETURNS

Return Policy:

You have 90 days to return your Enlighten Sauna. The product must be in its original packaging and in new condition (was not used for sweating even once) 

We will arrange return shipping, however it will be for your account. A 3% restocking fee will be charged. If the sauna was opened and not correctly boxed, a re-boxing and testing fee may apply.

Enlighten Sauna stands behind every product we sell and want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience with us, even in the return shipping process. Before sending any item/product out, every package goes through a quality check to make sure all products leave our warehouse in perfect shape. If you are not satisfied with your Enlighten Sauna purchase, you can return it for replacement or refund. All returns must be authorized by Enlighten Sauna prior to return shipment, simply request and RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 90 days of your invoice. Customers are responsible for all shipping/handling costs in any circumstance.

All returns must have a tracking number to show proof of return. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. It can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days for payment to be credited back to you from Enlighten Sauna.

Damaged on arrival:

If you received missing or damaged merchandise please notify Enlighten Sauna within 48 hours of delivery in order for the issue to be resolved. Damaged items need to be kept in original packaging and our shipping department will arrange the damaged product to be picked up. Always save some sort of confirmation (tracking number, PRO number, or any sort of receipt) to obtain a full refund or exchange.

Process in the event of finding damage on arrival:

  1. If the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment, however, please take pictures of the damage, and note the damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading.

  2. Mark the shipper's Bill of Lading with “Crate arrived open/damaged – Possible Hidden Damage”

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@marvellesures.com so we can begin to rectify this.


    All orders qualify for free curbside shipping to the contiguous United States.

    We ship smaller items via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Larger and heavier items are shipped via LTL freight.

    Order Processing:

    After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation from us. As soon as your order is placed, we begin processing the order and arranging shipping. In-stock orders typically ship within 3-15 business days after your order is placed. We do not guarantee shipping transit times.

    Shipping Transit Times:

    Most items take 3-5 business days to deliver after they have left the warehouse. Shipping transit times are not guaranteed - they are estimates based on our experience. Please note that Some items may be on a pre order status if thats is the case we will contact you.

    We strongly advise you not to schedule contractors until your order is fully delivered and all items inspected.

    Freight Shipping:

    If your item is too big and/or too heavy to fight in a normal postal carrier vehicle, your product will be shipped via a freight carrier. We reserve the right to choose which freight carrier delivers your shipment.

    Freight shipping is more complicated than a regular postal carrier delivery. Here are some important things to know about freight shipping:

    You must be physically present to accept delivery. The freight carrier will either call to schedule a delivery appointment or notify you before delivery. Freight shipments are dropped off at your curb.The driver is NOT expected to deliver your items to your front door, garage, back yard, etc. It's a good idea to have other people there to help you move the shipment.

    Extra charges may apply if redelivery needs to be arranged because nobody was at the delivery location. You must sign for the shipment upon acceptance.

    Inspecting your delivery for visible damaged?

    It is your responsibility to inspect products upon delivery to check for any damage or defects.

    Inspection:

    • Upon receiving the items at your front door, please inspect them for any visible damage before signing the Bill of Lading.
    • Signing without checking indicates that you have received the items in good condition and accept liability for any issues.

    Notification:

    • You MUST notify us immediately by calling 843 459 7956 if your items arrive with visible damage or defects.
    • Please do not accept the delivery and take photos of the damage right away. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
    • If you don't notify us of damages and take pictures, we won't be able to claim compensation.

    Residue Notice:

    • Some of our products may arrive with residue, which is a byproduct of the manufacturing process.
