Superior LMFGT-OUT Vent-Free Concrete Giant Timbers Outdoor Gas Log Set provides a premium vent-free gas log set for your home. Realistic hand-painted logs, a large flame presence, and an impressive ember bed offer luxury and ambiance perfect for any space, while heavy-duty concrete construction ensures long-term durability. This vent-free unit offers clean, reliable, and efficient heating, while the integrated dual-purpose oxygen depletion sensing (ODS) safety pilot system ensures safety and efficient operation. This log set can be installed in any certified vented fireplace (with a damper clamp and noncombustible flue) or any ANSI Z21.11 certified vent-free universal firebox.
The Giant Timbers gas log set features the impressive MEGA-FLAME Outdoor series burner for a stunning firebox display. This unique log set features a cantilevered design to produce flames tall enough to match the included 19-inch high gas logs--the tallest in the industry. This unit provides two burners with bright yellow flames to enhance the authenticity of the fireplace appearance. Cast from real wood, these logs offer high-definition bark and premium split wood details. Additionally, this unit includes a wood-burning grate for even greater realism. All burner models are rated for 99 percent heat efficiency to create a cozy environment in your home. Created for outdoor use, this unit features a stainless steel chassis and grate for enhanced durability. NOTE: This log set may be used indoors in a vented application with the required damper clamp installed.
This log set can be customized in a variety of ways to meet the needs of your installation. In addition to multiple size and fuel type options, this unit can be configured with a millivolt ignition or an electronic ignition. The millivolt ignition option features a continuous ODS safety pilot with matchless push-button ignition, manual on/off control, and manual high/low flame height control. The electronic ignition offers an intermittent ODS safety pilot with battery backup, manual on/off control, and two-position high/low flame height control. The electronic ignition also includes a remote control with on/off and hi/low flame height options. NOTE: The millivolt ignition DOES NOT include a remote but is remote-ready and can be paired with a variety of optional controls (sold separately).

All orders qualify for free curbside shipping to the contiguous United States.
We ship smaller items via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Larger and heavier items are shipped via LTL freight.
Order Processing:
After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation from us. As soon as your order is placed, we begin processing the order and arranging shipping. In-stock orders typically ship within 3-15 business days after your order is placed. We do not guarantee shipping transit times.
Shipping Transit Times:
Most items take 3-5 business days to deliver after they have left the warehouse. Shipping transit times are not guaranteed - they are estimates based on our experience. Please note that Some items may be on a pre order status if thats is the case we will contact you.
We strongly advise you not to schedule contractors until your order is fully delivered and all items inspected.
Freight Shipping:
If your item is too big and/or too heavy to fight in a normal postal carrier vehicle, your product will be shipped via a freight carrier. We reserve the right to choose which freight carrier delivers your shipment.
Freight shipping is more complicated than a regular postal carrier delivery. Here are some important things to know about freight shipping:
You must be physically present to accept delivery. The freight carrier will either call to schedule a delivery appointment or notify you before delivery. Freight shipments are dropped off at your curb.The driver is NOT expected to deliver your items to your front door, garage, back yard, etc. It's a good idea to have other people there to help you move the shipment.
Extra charges may apply if redelivery needs to be arranged because nobody was at the delivery location. You must sign for the shipment upon acceptance.

Inspecting Your Delivery/Damaged Items
Damage and Defect Reporting Policy:
Your obligation is to thoroughly inspect the delivered products for any damage or defects. It is imperative that you notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the delivery; no exceptions will be made.
If damage or defects are identified within 5 business days:
- Email us at info@Marvellesures.com to report the damage. If you choose to call, we'll request an email for documentation purposes.
- We offer options such as free replacement parts, a discount to retain the item, or a refund/replacement. Please note that we, being an online-only dealer, are unable to coordinate repairs for damaged items.
- To be eligible for replacement parts, a discount, or a refund/full replacement, refrain from using the items during this period.
- If you decide to keep the item for a discount or accept replacement parts, you have 3 business days to accept or reject the offer. During this time, do not use the items.
- Preserve the packaging, box, and items, as they may need to be inspected by the freight carrier.
If you fail to notify us of damage via email within 5 business days:
- Unfortunately, we will not offer any refunds, free replacement parts, discounts, or exchanges under any circumstances. Beyond 5 business days, we are outside the timeframe to file claims with the freight carrier or manufacturer.
- Replacement parts for repair can be purchased from us.
