Preheat the Versa 16 for 12 minutes to reach an ambient temperature of 950° F and a stone temperature of 650-750 degrees. A fully loaded 16” pizza will cook in less than 5 minutes! When you’re finished cooking perfect pies, clean up is easy with the hinged access lid design. Simply unlatch the two silicone straps and open the oven up for full access to the inside of the oven.
